Only 2% under 25 while 13% are over 60 • The Road Haulage Association has suggested a typical usage for an articulated vehicle of 85,000 miles a year. With that level of usage, the cost of a 2p rise will be £1,117.40 per annum. • Has already suffered from government policy this year with road closures, speed restrictions, increased congestion charges and traffic jams • The number of owner operators is declining by 2% a year.
