Below are Effective, Proven and Practical Ways to Lower Vehicle Emissions - Solutions that the Government and Local Authorities have and continue to ignore  - WHY? -

97.8% of drivers firmly believe, political decision makers prefer to take the easy option by fleecing extra cash from hard-working drivers, families, small businesses and hauliers.

They choose, instead to punish drivers with tax hikes, more congestion charges, new clean air zones and devalue vehicles.

Here are 5 ways that will improve air quality, lower vehicle emissions much more effectively than the Government's existing clean air strategy.

Under development for 20 years, Green Plus smog reducer achieves a breakthrough combination of reduced emissions and improved fuel economy. Green Plus is a homogeneous catalyst that is added in very small quantities to reduce the activation energy required for combustion.

The product has undergone rigorous testing in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia and has over 20 billion miles of on-road/on-ocean use. Green Plus is available commercially worldwide.
BioFriendly's Green Plus is a smog reducer that lowers the amount of energy needed for fuel to burn. Since less energy is being used, the vehicle’s fuel economy and power improve, and harmful emissions are drastically reduced. See the graph below.

Green Plus also causes lower quality fuels to perform as if they were higher quality fuels. So while it does not change the octane or cetane numbers, it does enable the fuel to act as if it had a higher octane or cetane number.
Opti-Diesel was primarily designed to work in diesel fuel, but Opti-Diesel also works in many other liquid carbon based fuels.

Opti-Diesel improves combustion efficiency and power output of an engine by lowering the activation energy required to initiate combustion, giving a higher net energy output. This means less fuel is needed to do the required amount of work, and at the same time produce fewer emissions.

Opti-Diesel contains catalysts that also work to reduce harmful exhaust emissions to levels even lower than those noted due to reduced fuel usage.
The impact of Opti-Diesel upon fuel consumption and emissions is dramatic, as evidenced by the records produced during the live testing that has taken place over the last 18 months in a range of different engines, operating under different conditions.
Average 12.34% reduction in fuel consumption
Average 75% reduction in carbon monoxide (CO)
Average 99% reduction in Nitric Oxide (NO)
Average 55% reduction in Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)
Average 91% reduction in the other Mono Nitrogen Oxides (NOX)
Average 47% reduction in DPM (diesel particulate matter)
Maintenance costs reduced due to fewer filter changes
EU transport emissions have risen by 36% since 1990 and are now responsible for 26% of Europe’s total greenhouse gas emissions - reducing these emissions is a critical EU target.

The use of Bioethanol in transport fuel has the potential to significantly reduce global emission levels and mitigate the rapid rate of climate change. E10 is a blend used in many countries worldwide, which incorporates 10% ethanol blended with petrol.

Almost all cars built since 2000 can use E10 fuel without any changes to the vehicle and it has been proven to work, with blends of E10 having been used for years in USA, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. Some European countries already have E10 widely available including France, Germany and Finland.

To put the savings into context, a switch to E10 from existing blends would be the equivalent to taking 700,000 cars off the road.

Other alternative transport fuels such as electricity are limited in their potential due to the levels of supply needed and the fact that they would require significant changes/investment in infrastructure and also rely on a shift in consumer behaviour.
Testimonial from owner, Lee Farrin of 2005 BMW 5 SERIES 530D SE. Using the eZero system achieved Fuel saving 16.3 % - "This kit is an absolute no brainer. It basically pays for itself not only on fuel savings but also on repair bills. With DPF filters being such a costly and common issue this is a must have for any diesel fitted with a DPF filter. Since fitting the Cgon unit my car has been noticeably more responsive, much better on fuel, smoother, quieter and reduced my smoke issue to nothing, all whilst helping reduce the impact on the environment. Great product that I would strongly recommend for any vehicle with a combustion engine. A+++++"
Developed over the last 8 years at our Research & Development facility in the United Kingdom, CGON have created a product that when fitted to diesel and petrol engines significantly reduces the production of CO, HC, NOx, PM and PN.

As a result of creating a more efficient combustion cycle, the fuel is burnt more completely resulting in an increase in engine efficiency and greater MPG†. The much cleaner emissions‡ also put less stress on a vehicles diesel particulate filter resulting in reduced maintenance and downtime.

CGON's breakthrough came by selecting the correct materials for the cathode and the anode that would generate just enough hydrogen at an extremely low current with no hazardous by-products. We made this breakthrough in 2009 and patented our discovery.

Now CGONs fuel enhancement systems generate just the right amount of hydrogen using just 1-3 amps of current, perfect for automotive applications, in sufficient quantities and with no harmful by-products.

Our Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel was fitted with a PEMS (Portable emissions Measuring System) where the composition of gases such as CO, NOx and particulates are measured
Sustainable Flow’s series of magnets are attached to the air intake, the cooling system and the fuel line to the engine providing  a micro-positive charge in the engine. This micro-charge allows the fuel to enter into the combustion chamber fully energised and ready to provide maximum combustion efficiency

The Heavy Duty Fuel Optimiser improves fuel combustion by lowering fuel viscosity and breaking it into smaller particles (smaller HC molecule chains). This increases the net surface area of the fuel so the molecules burn from the surface, optimising the combustion of the fuel and substantially lowering exhaust emission pollution

The Air Energiser is the latest advance in combustion dynamics. Used with the Heavy Duty Fuel Optimiser units, it creates [-] charge air ions, increasing the oxygenation of fuel, resulting in higher combustion efficiency (fuel savings) and lower emissions (advanced pollution control)
Sustainable Flow systems are scientifically proven to reduce fuel costs by approximately 10% and toxic gas emissions by up to 70% and their products can be used across many industries, including:

Works in both petrol and diesel engines:
Saves both fuel and money with an average of 10-15% fuel savings

We are a public affairs team with no shareholders to satisfy, just an award winning campaign representing the real concerns of hard working motorists, families, small businesses, commercial drivers and hauliers across the UK. Decades of fiscal exploitation by successive Governments with little in return warrants the need for FairFuelUK.

Since 2010 FairFuelUK has saved drivers over £100bn in planned tax hikes in duty and VAT through constructive and objective campaigning. Now the immediate focus is on stopping those unnecessary tax hikes based on a good intentioned but flawed 'green' agenda. These include new taxes and bans on drivers entering our major cities and potentially adding more costs on diesel drivers by the Treasury. These are new taxes that will not improve air quality, but simply hit consumers and the economy. There are ways to improve air quality without hitting consumers pockets.

FairFuelUK Campaign Issues: Fuel duty, VAT on duty - PumpWatch and fuel price transparency - Effective ways to lower emissions but not through tax hikes - Stop the perennial demonisation of van drivers, hauliers and motorists  - More investment in UK roads similar to the level of HS2 spend - Establish a long term Government strategic roads transport plan - Halt unnecessary cash generating congestion zones and ULEZ expansion - VED and its future - Influence fairer future road user taxation plans and road funding with fuel duty revenue predicted to decline - Help role out new vehicle technology in a way that does not hit drivers in the pocket - Scrap hospital parking charges - Other related motoring costs and driving issues
